L' aloe symbol of sorrow also drives out the bad mind. These African origins allow it to acclimatize easily to the Provençal life.

It crossed the Mediterranean sea, come to acclimatize in Provence allowing to our grandmother cultivate it and invent the famous recipe: "artichokes barigoule".

The buoy can become an object of decoration, but it is useful before very saving lives.

The crassula or " Tree of Jade" , come from Africa adapted easily to the climate of Provence. She adores the sun and requires little water.

In the valley the cow observes our departure in hike. In forest we shall surprise the squirrel but rarely the deer, on summits with a little luck a chamois or an ibex.

In summer in the forest, our stride steps over nuts of pines and fir trees, in pastures over primroses, over edelweiss, over gentian or over lily. Later will come mushrooms.

The laurel has patience in the garden before to be dried in the cusine to adapt many provencaux dishes.

In Provence the worship of the lavender is present everywhere. You can even taste ice cream with lavender.

Another odor of Provence. In ballade rosemary rubs with you and still scents your atmosphere during long days.

"The rosemary is long-lived and acclimatizes easily far from its native Provence."

Always present in nature, the kitchen, a pot or a basket thyme is the inevitable meeting of Provence.

"In the Provençal cooking, thyme is the most used by far. Of the grill in simmered flat youngs, it perfumes quite as one pleases."

The reef knot is always very pretty, but it makes it possible also to sail in safety.

Tidied up boots, ready fishing tackle, big day relaxation in perspective. All wait impatiently for the hour of the departure.

The children sleep, of happiness full the eyes, of  preciously arranged happy memories, ready to take again their adventure tomorrow morning.
